牙体牙髓联合正畸修复治疗恒上前牙龈下牙折的临床效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究牙体牙髓联合正畸修复治疗恒上前牙龈下牙折的临床效果。方法选取该院2016年1月-2019年3月收治的恒上前牙龈下牙折患者72例(72颗),随机数字表法分为两组,各36例(36颗),对照组接受常规修复治疗,观察组接受牙体牙髓联合正畸修复治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果①观察组治疗有效率91.7%,对照组治疗有效率69.4%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.012,P<0.05);②治疗后3d观察组VAS评分(2.1±0.5)分显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=8.023,P<0.05);③观察组并发症几率2.8%,对照组并发症几率16.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.348,P<0.05);④观察组治疗满意度97.2%,对照组治疗满意度66.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.875,P<0.05)。结论牙体牙髓联合正畸修复治疗恒上前牙龈下牙折的临床效果显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of dental pulp combined with orthodontic repair in the treatment of subgingival fracture of permanent anterior teeth. Methods Seventy-two patients with permanent anterior subgingival fracture were selected from January 2016 to March 2019 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine prosthetic treatment, while the observation group received dental pulp combined with orthodontic treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results 1. The effective rate of observation group was 91.7%, and that of control group was 69.4%. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ^2=7.012,P<0.05);2. The VAS score of observation group 3 days after treatment (2.1±0.5)points was significantly lower than that of control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=8.023,P<0.05).3. The complication rate of observation group was 2.8%, and that of control group was 16.7%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ^2=5.348,P<0.05);. 4. The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 97.2%, and that of the control group was 66.7%. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ^2=6.875,P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of dental pulp combined with orthodontic repair in the treatment of subgingival fracture of permanent anterior teeth is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
