膝关节退行性骨关节病的X线平片与MR影像诊断比较探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的对MR影响和X线平片在膝关节退行性骨关节病中的诊断效果进行对比。方法方便选取该院2016年7月—2018年6月收治的76例膝关节退行性骨关节病患者为研究案例,根据诊断方法不同进行分组。对照组38例,采用X线平片诊断,观察组38例,采用MR影像诊断。对两组临床诊断情况进行观察对比。结果在膝关节退行性骨关节病患者早期骨质增生与钙化诊断方面,MR诊断效果明显低于X线平片,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.37,P=0.02﹤0.05)。观察组在半月板损伤、关节积液方面诊断准确率(60.53%、92.11%)均明显高于对照组(0.00%、0.00%),比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.38、27.34,P﹤0.05);观察组关节间隙狭窄诊断结果(89.47%)与对照组(92.11%)差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.63,P=0.07﹥0.05)。结论MR影像在膝关节退行性骨关节病临床诊断方面具有较高应用价值,能够有效提升诊断准确率,值得院方借鉴。 Objective To compare the effects of MR and X-ray films on the diagnosis of knee joint degenerative osteoarthrosis. Methods 76 patients with knee degenerative osteoarthrosis admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were convenient selected as research cases and grouped according to different diagnostic methods. 38 patients in the control group were diagnosed by X-ray plain film, and 38 patients in the observation group were diagnosed by MR imaging. The clinical diagnosis of the two groups was observed and compared. Results In the early diagnosis of bone hyperplasia and calcification in patients with knee degenerative osteoarthrosis, the diagnostic effect of MR was significantly lower than that of X-ray films. The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=10.37, P=0.02<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of the meniscus injury and joint effusion in the observation group (60.53%, 92.11%) were significantly higher than the control group (0.00%, 0.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=16.38, 27.34, P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the observation group (89.47%) and the control group (92.11%), and there was no statistical significance (χ^2=2.63, P=0.07>0.05). Conclusion MR imaging has high application value in the clinical diagnosis of knee degenerative osteoarthrosis, which can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy, which is worthy of reference by the hospital.
