摘要
目的探究老年骨科患者术中低体温护理干预方法。方法基础研究数据为2017年1月—2018年4月期间方便选取在该院接收的62例老年骨科患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组措施进行必要的分组,两组例数相同均为31例,对照组应用常规护理措施,观察组使用低体温护理干预方法,对比两组患者体温变化指标、不良反应发生率以及护理满意率。结果观察组患者经过低温护理后肛温(36.43±1.32)℃、口腔温度(36.78±0.64)℃、体表温度(36.11±1.42)℃,对照组肛温(35.82±0.56)℃、口腔温度(35.69±0.56)℃、体表温度(34.58±1.43)℃(t=2.369,7.136,4.227);观察组整体指标优于对照组,观察组患者在经过护理后不良反应率为9.68%,对照组为32.26%(χ^2=4.769),观察组不良反应率显著降低,观察组患者经过护理后的护理满意率为93.55%,对照组为70.97%,观察组整体满意率得到显著的改善(χ^2=5.415,P<0.05)。结论老年骨科患者术中增加低温护理,可以为患者提供更加理想的护理措施,重视术中细节的管理,为患者提供更加科学的护理措施,使得护理的过程更加的规范,为其后期的恢复创造更好的条件。
Objective To explore the method of intraoperative low body temperature nursing intervention for elderly orthopedic patients. Methods The basic research data were obtained from 62 elderly Orthopedic patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were convenient selected. The necessary groupings were performed according to randomized measures. The same number of cases were 31 cases. The control group used routine nursing measures, and the observation group used hypothermia nursing intervention method to compare the body temperature change index, adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups. Results The anus temperature (36.43±1.32)°C, oral temperature (36.78±0.64)°C, body surface temperature (36.11±1.42)°C, and the anus temperature of the control group (35.82±0.56)°C, oral temperature after observation of low temperature nursing (35.69±0.56)°C, body surface temperature (34.58±1.43)°C(t=2.369, 7.136, 4.227;the overall index of the observation group was better than the control group, and the adverse reaction rate of the observation group after treatment was 9.68%. The control group was 32.26%(χ^2=4.769). The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.55 after the nursing, and the control group was 70.97%. The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly improved(χ^2= 5.415, P<0.05. Conclusion The increase of cryotherapy in elderly orthopedic patients can provide patients with more ideal nursing measures, pay attention to the management of intraoperative details, provide patients with more scientific nursing measures, make the nursing process more standardized, and restore its later stage, create better conditions.
