摘要
目的:分析手法复位高分子绷带前后托对胫腓骨骨折的治疗效果。方法:收治胫腓骨骨折患者72例,随机分为两组。对照组采用外固定支架治疗,治疗组采用手法复位高分子绷带前后托治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率、住院时间显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位高分子绷带前后托用于治疗胫腓骨骨折可以缩短患者住院时间,提高恢复速度。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of manipulative reduction of polymer bandage on the tibiofibular fracture. Methods:72 patients with tibiofibular fractures were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with external fixation.The treatment group was treated with manual reduction of polymer bandage before and after treatment,we compared the curative effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate and hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Manipulative reduction of polymer bandage before and after treatment for tibiofibular fracture can shorten the length of hospital stay and improve recovery rate.
