摘要
为研究不同热处理工艺下 FGH96 惯性摩擦焊接头的综合性能,对 FGH96 高温合金惯性摩擦焊后进行不同温度的固溶热处理和失效热处理,通过对宏观形貌、显微组织、γ'强化相、显微硬度及疲劳极限的分析,确定最佳热处理工艺。研究发现,热处理工艺为 1 080 ℃保温2 h 固溶热处理,760 ℃保温10 h 时效强化时,焊接接头的晶粒恢复到母材程度、γ'强化相最为均匀、显微硬度最高、疲劳性能最好。
Focusing on the properties of FGH96 inertia friction welding joint after different heat treatments the FGH96 alloy was welded by inertia friction welding. After welding the FGH96 alloy was subjected solution treat ment at 1 050 ℃ 1 080 ℃ and 1 120 ℃ for 2 h followed by aging treatment at 760 ℃ for 10 h. Macrostructures microstructures γ’ strengthening phase micro hardness and fatigue properties were investigated to determine the optimal heat treatment process. It is found that solution treatment at 1 080 ℃ for 2 h followed by aging treatment at 760 ℃ for 10 h was the optimal treatment process. Under this heat treatment process the crystalline grain in the joint zone is comparative with the crystalline grain at the parent zone. Meanwhile the γ′ strengthening phase is distributed uniformly the micro hardness is the optimal and the fatigue limit is the best.
