摘要
近年来,很多节能环保方面的政策陆续出台,对企业在节能减排方面的要求越来越高。造纸行业作为温室气体排放大户,面临资源和环境的严重制约,在当今时代下,如何利用碳金融帮助企业节能减排走出困境,至关重要。碳金融在我国发展态势良好,并具有很强的发展空间。本文针对造纸企业本身特点,提出几种适合造纸企业减排的碳金融模式,希望能给造纸企业提供一些参考。
In recent years, many policies on energy conservation and environmental protection have been introduced one after another,and the requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction are increasing. As a major greenhouse gas emitter, the paper industry faces serious constraints on resources and the environment. In today’s era, how to use carbon finance to help enterprises save energy and reduce emissions is crucial. Carbon finance has developed well in China and has a strong development space. In view of the characteristics of papermaking enterprises, this paper proposes several carbon finance models suitable for papermaking enterprises to reduce emissions, hoping to provide some reference for papermaking enterprises.
