摘要
以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,采用溶液浇铸法制备聚羟基丁酸-羟基己酸酯(PHBH)生物降解薄膜,并利用相应的测试方法,探究了不同干燥温度对PHBH薄膜的形貌结构、结晶、热稳定性、透明度、力学和阻隔性能的影响。结果表明,随着干燥温度的升高,PHBH薄膜的断面致密性、结晶度、热稳定性、断裂伸长率及阻隔性能先增大后减小,晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,而透明度及拉伸强度逐渐增加;当干燥温度为55℃时,PHBH薄膜断面光滑、结晶度大,具有良好的热稳定性、力学强度及阻隔性,其拉伸强度为20.26MPa,断裂伸长率为25%,氧气及水蒸气透过率分别为5.7×10^-15cm^3·cm/(cm^2·s·Pa)、2.21×10^-14g·cm/(cm^2·s·Pa)。
This work was aimed to explore the effect of different drying temperatures on the morphology, crystallization, thermal stability, transparency, mechanical and barrier properties of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate)(PHBH) films, which was prepared by solution casting method with N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent, by corresponding test methods. The results show that as the temperature rises, the densification, crystallinity, thermal stability, elongation at break and barrier properties of PHBH films increase firstly and then decrease, with the decrease of grain size and gradually, and the increase of transparency and tensile strength. When the drying temperature is 55 ℃, the PHBH film has a smooth cross section, good crystallinity, thermal stability, mechanical strength and barrier property. The tensile strength and the elongation at break are 20.26 MPa and 25% respectively, and the oxygen and water vapor transmittance are 5.7×10^-15cm^3·cm/(cm^2·s·Pa) and 2.21×10^-14 g·cm/(cm^2·s·Pa), respectively.
