摘要
利用Flowmaster软件,对AP1000核电汽轮机的润滑油系统进行系统尺度的仿真计算,得到机组正常运行工况下的润滑油压力、流量特性,仿真结果与常规公式Excel联动计算、电厂试验的结果基本一致。完善了核电汽轮机润滑油系统的设计方法,为系统优化和项目改造提供了仿真平台,对常规岛其他流体系统的设计计算具有一定的参考价值。
This paper uses Flowmaster software to carry out system-scale simulation calculation of the lubricating oil system of AP1000 nuclear steam turbine,and obtains the pressure and flow characteristics of lubricating oil under normal operating conditions.The simulation results are basically consistent with the results of the conventional formula excel linkage calculation and power plant test.The design method of nuclear power turbine lubricating oil system is improved,and the simulation platform is provided for system optimization and project transformation.It has certain reference value for the design and calculation of other fluid systems in conventional islands.
