摘要
针对现今的鱼蛋撒料加工现状,根据需求采用虚拟样机技术对鱼蛋撒料进行了数字化设计,设计出一种可实现自动、均匀撒料的鱼蛋生产线。该新型撒料生产线具有质量轻、操作简单、生产效率高、绿色环保等优点,在功能性上有着高生产力、高性能、高自动化、均匀撒料的生产效果,有效地实现了鱼蛋调料撒料过程的“机器换人”,极大地提升了鱼蛋撒料加工生产效率。
In view of the current status of condiment spreading for fish ball processing,this paper uses virtual prototyping technology to digitally design condiment spreading for fish ball,and designs a fish ball production line that can realize automatic and uniform condment spreading.The new condiment spreading production line has the advantages of light weight,simple operation,high production efficiency,green environmental protection,etc.It has high productivity,high performance,high automation and uniform spreading effect in terms of functionality.The mechanization of the condiment spreading for fish ball process is effectively realized,which greatly improves the production efficiency of condiment spreading for fish ball processing.
