原料药车间换热载体设计探讨

摘要 原料药车间换热载体合理选用和设计是药品安全生产的重要保证,如何合理选择换热载体直接关系到原料药厂的运营成本和产品质量。针对原料药车间合成工艺的特点,结合工程生产实践,对原料药车间常用换热载体的选取原则和工艺设备换热载体的利用方式进行了探讨。 Reasonable selection and design of heat transfer carrier in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient(API) workshop is important for the guarantee of drug production safety, Since the heat transfer carrier is directly related to the operating cost and product quality of the pharmaceutical factory. The characteristics of the synthesis process in the API workshop, combined with the engineering production practice, as well as the selection principles of the heat transfer carriers and different ways of employing them in the process equipment are discussed.
