摘要
[目的/意义]随着西南民族地区农业外向化的深入发展,跨境农产品供应链的兴起、嵌入及其引领作用的发挥成为一种客观需要和逻辑必然。[方法/过程]在西南民族地区农业外向化进程中,农户“点”、核心企业“点”、跨境农产品供应链“线”、西南民族地区农业“面”及农业外向化资源有机集合“体”等跨境农产品供应链(联盟)关键要素,既是农业外向化发展的重要动力来源,也是递进的协作主体或资源。本文从理论层面和实践层面对此进行了梳理。[结果/结论]跨境农产品供应链“五位一体”推进西南民族地区农业外向化的改革探索,一方面需要厘清跨境农产品供应链“五位一体”推进农业外向化的依据,另一方面需要建构跨境农产品供应链“五位一体”务实推进农业外向化的路径。
[Objective/Signification] With the further development of agricultural exteriorization in the Southwest Minority Areas,so the rise,embedding and even the leading role of Cross-Border Agri-Supply Chain has become an objective need and logical necessity.[Method/Process] In the process of agricultural exteriorization in the Southwest Minority Areas,the key elements of Cross-Border Agri-Supply Chain(alliance) including the point of household and core enterprise,the line of Cross-Border Agri-Supply Chain,the agricultural surface of the Southwest Minority Areas,and the organic aggregate of agricultural outward resources,that is not only important motivation source of agricultural exteriorization,but also progressive cooperative subject or resource. This article has carried on the reorganization to it from the theoretical level and practical level.[Result/Conclusion] Reform exploration on agricultural exteriorization through the“five elements come together”of Cross-Border Agri-Supply Chain,on the one hand,it needs to clarify the basis of promoting agricultural exteriorization through the“five elements come together”strategy of Cross-Border Agri-Supply Chain,On the other hand,it is necessary to construct a path to pragmatic promote agricultural exteriorization through the“five elements come together”strategy of Cross-Border Agri-Supply Chain.
