平衡视域下临床实习管理指标体系初探

摘要 目的研究平衡视域下临床实习管理指标体系的效果。方法抽取某地方医学院校在某医院2017年6月—2018年6月实习管理作为研究对象,实施平衡视域下管理体系,而2016年6月—2017年6月实施常规管理模式,对比实施带教前后学生的满意情况。结果实施后学生对管理满意度94.40%明显高于实施前85.83%,实施后在理论知识、实践操作等各项评价上显著高于实施前,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实施后带教满意度94.59%,虽高于实施前83.78%,但差异无统计学意义。结论通过定性的角度,根据建立平衡视域下的临床实践教学管理模式,及时提高学生的满意度情况,学生的理论水平与操作水平均出现明显提高。将平衡视域纳入临床实习管理,有助于提高学生的能力,为临床培养高质量的医学人才。 Objective To study the effect of clinical practical management index system based on the equilibrium theory. Methods The interns of a local medical school in a hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 underwent the equilibrium theory-based management system were selected as the research objects. The interns from June 2016 to June 2017 were underwent the conventional management mode. Compare the satisfaction of students before and after teaching. Results After the intervention, the students’ satisfaction to management (94.40%) was higher than before (85.83%);the teaching satisfaction after intervention (94.59%) was higher than before (83.78%);the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation were higher than before, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion By qualitative angle, the clinical practical teaching management mode based on the equilibrium theory can properly increase the students’ satisfaction, as well as the students’ theoretical and practical levels. The clinical practical management based on the equilibrium theory helps to improve the ability of students to develop high-quality medical talents for clinical practice.
