摘要
以循环流化床粉煤灰及高炉矿渣为主要原材料,在发泡剂掺量占固废原料为5%的情况下,通过改变稳泡剂掺量,制备一系列碱激发发泡材料。并探究硬脂酸钙掺量变化对于碱激发发泡材料体系宏观力学性能,孔径分布及微观形貌的影响。研究表明,硬脂酸钙的掺入,大大提高了浆体内气泡的稳定性,但掺量超过1.25%时,浆体黏度大大提升,工作性能变差,气泡分布不均匀,强度明显降低。
Circulating fluidized bed fly ash and blast furnace slag were used as the main materials, and a series of alkali-activated foaming materials were prepared with different dosage of foam stabilizer while the foaming agent are fixed on 5%. It is also investigated the mechanical properties, pore size distribution, and microstructure of alkali-activated foaming materials. The addition of calcium stearate greatly improves the stability of the bubble in the foam matrix. When the dosage of calcium stearate increased to 1.25%, viscosity of the slurry is greatly enhanced, the workability of the slurry become worse, and then the distribution of the bubbles is non-uniform.
