两相流诱导变径管振动实验研究

摘要 在非常规油气藏水力压裂过程中,高砂比、高流速携砂压裂液会诱导管柱振动,特别是压裂液在通过管柱变径结构时,管柱振动会加剧。为进一步研究高砂比两相流诱导管柱振动问题,研制了两相流诱导变径管振动实验装置,进行了不同流量、砂比的两相流诱导变径管振动实验。结果表明:随着砂比的增高,管柱振幅增大;管柱中间位置振幅比进口位置大,进口位置振幅比出口位置大;管柱竖直方向振幅大于水平方向振幅;随着流量的增加,28Hz、35Hz频率对应的振幅增大,并引入了15Hz的振动。 In the hydraulic fracturing process of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs,the high sand ratio and high flow rate sand-carrying fracturing fluid will induce the column vibration,the column vibration will be intensified,especially when the fracturing fluid passes through the pipe-reducing structure.In order to further study the high-sand ratio two-phase flow induced column vibration problem,a two-phase flow induced reducer vibration experiment device is developed,and the two-phase flow induced reducer vibration experiment with different flow rates and sand ratios is carried out.The results show that with the increase of sand ratio,the amplitude of the column increases;the amplitude of the middle position of the column is larger than the inlet position,and the amplitude of the inlet position is larger than the exit position;the amplitude of the vertical direction of the column is larger than the amplitude of the horizontal direction;the amplitude corresponding to the 28 Hz,35 Hz frequency is increased,and 15 Hz vibration is introduced.
