摘要
[目的]掌握清远市居民过期药品回收情况,建立有效的过期药品回收机制。[方法]问卷调查法,对清远市居民过期药品回收进行实地问卷调查。[结果]81.98%居民有储存药品的习惯;86.49%的居民在购买时关注保质期;69.37%的居民对过期药品相关知识的了解较少;58.56%的居民掌握相关知识的来源于书籍、网络媒体;66.67%居民用随手放进垃圾桶的方法处置过期药品;92.79%居民表示会全力支持配合大学生上门回收过期药品。[结论]建立法律法规,政府、药品生产企业和居民联动,提高药品回收的便利性是提高过期药品回收效率的主要途径。
In order to grasp the situation of the expired drug recycling and establish an effective mechanism of the expired drug recycling,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the expired drug recycling of residents in Qingyuan City.The main results are as follows:81.98% of residents have the habit of storing drugs;86.49% of residents pay attention to the quality guarantee period when purchasing drugs;69.37% of the residents had little knowledge about expired drugs.Among the residents, 58.56% of the residents acquired the knowledge of the expired drugs from the books and the Internet media,66.67% of residents dispose of the expired drugs by putting them in the garbage freely,and 92.79% of the residents support to cooperate with college students to collect the expired drugs on their doorsteps.The investigation results show that the main ways of improving the efficiency of the expired drugs recycling are to establish laws and regulations,to link up the government,the drug manufacturers and the residents,and to improve the convenience of the drug recycling.
