屋檐除冰机主运动机构的运动特性分析和优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 设计了由具有急回特性的偏置曲柄滑块机构和控制升降的“X”形杆机构组成主运动机构的屋檐除冰机。确定了锤头(滑块)的行程H、偏心距e和行程速比系数K,运用解析法精确求出了机构的运动尺寸和整个运动循环过程的运动特性参数。根据主运动机构的总长度、最大压力角和速度波动都小的设计要求,建立了优化目标函数。通过主运动机构的传统图解结果与优化设计结果的对比,得出以下结论:优化设计后的最小传动角增大了66.6%,最大压力角减小了26.5%,传力性能明显增强;速度波动减小了86.6%,振动明显减小,平稳性得到了明显的改善。 An eaves deicer consisting of an offset crank-slider mechanism with quick return characteristics and an “X” rod mechanism for controlling lifting was designed. The stroke,offset and travel speed ratio coefficients of hammer head (slider) were given,the kinematic dimensions of the mechanism and the kinematic characteristic parameters of the whole motion cycle process were accurately calculated by analytic method. According to the design requirement that the total length,maximum pressure angle and velocity fluctuation of the main motion mechanism be small,the optimization objective function was established. By comparing the traditional graphical results of the main motion mechanism with those of the optimal design,the following conclusions has been drawn: the minimum transmission anglehas increased by 66.6%,while the maximum pressure anglehas decreased by 26.5%,the force transmission performance increasing significantly;the velocity fluctuation has decreased by 86.6%,the vibration has decreased obviously,with the stability improved obviously.
