摘要 应对气候变化已经成为世界热点问题。交通运输是能源消耗的重要环节,其二氧化碳的排放量占城市碳排放量较大比例。在研究归纳整理国内外计算碳排放方法的基础上,对2000—2016年天津市交通业的碳排放进行核算,运用迪氏分解法引起碳排放的因素进行分解,提出低碳交通发展的相关对策,以期为天津市低碳示范试点城市建设提供有益的借鉴。 Climate change has become the hot spot issue of world. Transportation is an important part of energy consumption, its carbon emissions account for a large proportion of carbon emissions in the city. Based on the establishment of carbon emissions about transport model, this paper quantitatively analyzed the carbon emissions from city's traffic energy consumption of different types, decomposed the factors affecting traffic carbon emissions by the LMDI decomposition model and therefore the relevant suggestions would be put forward for the regional Low-carbon development in Tianjin.
