摘要
为有效应对资源型城市区域生态经济发展不平衡,导致资源不断枯竭、环境持续污染的问题,提出生态经济下资源城市发展与污染治理均衡策略。根据当前的问题,有针对性的提出相应的发展解决对策,分别为生态城市发展空间结构调控、政府发挥资源型城市区域生态经济发展体系优化的主导性作用、建立科学的高新技术人才管理机制、生态环境对资源型城市的生态经济发展起到了决定性的作用、生态环境均衡治理。旨在利用以上策略,全面促进生态经济下资源城市的进步和污染均衡治理,推进资源城市的生态发展。
In order to effectively deal with the unbalanced development of regional ecological economy in resource-based cities,which leads to the continuous depletion of resources and the persistent pollution of the environment,this study puts forward a balanced strategy for the development of resource-based cities and the control of pollution.According to the current problems,the corresponding development countermeasures are proposed respectively for the development of ecological city spatial structure control,the government give play to the regional eco-economic development system of resource-based cities.The leading role of optimization,the establishment of scientific management mechanism of high-tech talents,ecological environment has played a decisive role in the ecological and economic development of resource-based cities,ecological environment balanced management.The purpose of this paper is to make use of the above strategies to promote the progress of the resource city and the balanced control of pollution under the ecological economy,and to promote the ecological development of the resource city.
