反应堆压力容器CRDM管座法兰与贯穿件对接焊工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对CRDM贯穿件与管座法兰窄间隙坡口焊接时存在的保护效果难以保证、操作复杂程度高、效率较低等问题,研制了一种CRDM贯穿件与管座法兰窄间隙TIG焊专用焊枪,并开展了工艺验证试验。结果表明,该焊枪不仅可以在接头焊接全过程保证良好的保护效果,而且可以提高效率、节约成本。工艺试验证实,接头的化学成分、力学性能、完整性、晶间腐蚀试验结果均满足产品制造技术要求。 For the problems including difficulty in ensuring good protection,high operation complexity and low efficiency during narrow gap welding between CRDM socket flange and penetration assemblies with conventional TIG gun, a modified TIG gun for narrow gap welding between CRDM socket flange and penetration assemblies was developed and related process was tested by experimental welding. Results showed that the modified gun can not only ensure excellent protection during the whole welding process, but also improve efficiency and save cost. Weld chemical composition, joint mechanical properties, joint integrity, intergranular corrosion testing results all meet the technical requirements for product manufacturing.
