摘要
为研究在最新的污染物排放税机制条件下氮氧化物排放总成本问题,借鉴碳排放成本控制理论的基础上,发展了氮氧化物排放成本控制的理论模型,并结合实例分析了燃煤锅炉的氮氧化物排放成本控制问题,得到了优化的解决方案,为实际生产提供了数据支持。研究结论认为,不同减排技术条件下氮减排成本与氮排放浓度都可近似认为存在指数函数关系;随着污染物排放税的引入,会为企业采用先进减排技术降低氮排放提供巨大动力;对于煤粉锅炉,在污染物排放税机制下,采用低氮燃烧技术(LNT)和催化还原脱硝技术(SCR)联合降低氮排放的措施更加经济,氮氧化物最终排放越低,氮排放的总成本越低。
In order to study the total cost of nitrogen-oxide emission under the latest emission tax mechanism,the theory model of NOx emission cost control was developed based on the theory of carbon emission cost control,and the cost control problem of the nitrogen-oxide emission in a coal-fired boiler was analyzed with an example,and finally an optimized solution was achieved.The solution provides data support for actual production.The conclusion is that there is an approximate exponential function relationship between the nitrogen emission reduction cost and the nitrogen emission concentration under different emission reduction technologies.With the introduction of the pollutant emission tax,it will provide a great power for the enterprises to reduce the nitrogen emission by advanced emission reduction technology.For pulverized coal boiler,the measures of nitrogen combustion technology(LNT) and catalytic reduction denitrification(SCR) combined to reduce nitrogen emissions are more economical.The lower the final emission of nitrogen oxides,the lower the total cost of nitrogen emissions.
