摘要 目的探讨桥小脑角区占位性病变CT、MRI的影像学特征。方法对收治的128例桥小脑角区占位性病变患者行CT、MRI检查分析。结果CT检查:听神经瘤主要表现为略低密度椭圆形团块;脑膜瘤主要表现为略高密度半圆形团块;表皮样囊肿主要表现为低密度;三叉神经瘤主要表现为低等混合密度;血管母细胞瘤主要表现为低、等混合密度;蛛网膜囊肿主要表现为低密度不规则形团块。MRI检查:听神经瘤主要表现为T1等、低信号,T2混杂高信号,FLAIR略高信号;脑膜瘤主要表现为T1等信号,T2等、高信号,FLAIR略低信号,DWI大多呈高信号;表皮样囊肿主要表现为T1低信号,T2高信号,FLAIR不规则等信号,DWI呈明显高信号;三叉神经瘤主要表现为T1低信号,T2高信号;血管母细胞瘤主要表现为T1低信号、T2高信号;蛛网膜囊肿主要表现为T1低信号,T2高信号,FLAIR低信号。结论通过对桥小脑角区占位性病变CT及MRI表现分析,可为桥小脑角区占位性病变的鉴别诊断提供依据。 Objective To analyze the imaging features of CT and MRI of the occupying lesions in the cerebellopontine angle area, so as to provide the basis foRthe treatment of the occupying lesions in the cerebellopontine angle region. Methods A total of 128 patients with space occupying lesions in cerebellopontine angle treated in ouRhospital from June 2015 to July in-2017 were selected as subjects. Among them, 80 were male and 50 were female. The patients' CT examination and MRI examination were summarized, and the corresponding imaging analysis was made. Results In the CT examination, acoustic neuroma mainly manifested as slightly low density mass of meningioma mainly oval;slightly high density was half round mass;epidermoid cyst showed low density;trigeminoma were mainly foRlow density;hemangioblastoma was mainly low, mixed density;arachnoid cyst mainly low density round mass;tuberculoma was mainly foRhigh density clumps. In the MRI examination, acoustic neuroma was mainly foRT 1, low signal, T 2 high signal intensity, slightly high signal on FLAIR;meningiomas mainly appeared as the T 1 signal, T 2 signal and high FLAIR, slightly low signal;epidermoid cyst showed low signal on T 1, high signal on T 2, FLAIRrules, etc. Trigeminal neuroma mainly manifested as T 1 low signal, T 2 high signal;hemangioblastoma showed low T 1 signal and high T 2 signal;arachnoid cyst showed low signal on T 1, high signal on T 2 and low signal in FLAIR;tuberculoma was mainly low signal on T 1, high signal T 2. Conclusion The CT and MRI imaging analysis of the lesions in cerebellopontine angle can provide evidence foRthe differential diagnosis of the lesions in the cerebellopontine angle area, and provide imaging data foRtargeted treatment plan, which has a high guiding value in clinical treatment.
