摘要
在摩尔百分比组成为NaCl-52%CaCl2的熔盐中用钙热还原法直接还原钒酸钙制备钒粉。采用XRD、FESEM、EDS和ICP对产品粉末的物相组成、形貌和元素成分进行测试分析。结果表明,在摩尔百分比组成为NaCl-52%CaCl2的熔盐介质中,可以还原获得纳米球形单质金属钒粉末,粉末粒径100~250nm。
Vanadium powder was prepared by Calcium Thermic Reduction from calcium vanadate in NaCl-52%CaCl2 molten salt(mole percentage).The phase,morphololy and elements of vanadium powders were analyzed by XRD,FESEM,EDS and ICP,respectively.The results show that pure vanadium nanometer with particle size of 100~250 nm is successfully obtained in NaCl-52%CaCl2 molten salt system.
