摘要
本研究从实验、临床研究两个方面对近年来针灸治疗干眼的研究进展进行综述。干眼的动物实验研究表明针刺能有效促进动物干眼模型的泪腺代谢,增加泪液分泌,有效减轻干眼症状。临床研究从单纯针刺疗法、针刺联合他法(包括灸法、药物、穴位贴敷、超声雾化、离子导入)入手,展现出多样化方法。
This study reviewed the research progress of TCM treating dry eye in recent years from both clinical and experimental aspects. Animal experiments on dry eye showed that acupuncture could effectively promote the metabolism of lacrimal gland, increase the secretion of tear, and alleviate the symptoms of dry eye significantly. The clinical research started with simple acupuncture and moxibustion combined with other methods, including moxibustion, TCM medication, acupoint application, ultrasonic atomization, and iontophoresis, which showed a variety of treating methods.
