摘要
通过介绍一起苏州卫生行政部门查处的涉水产品案件,介绍案件办理过程,揭露涉水产品市场存在问题,分析涉水产品卫生标准的管理现状。研究卫生行政部门在执法过程中,通过利用有效涉水产品卫生标准,提升行政执法效能,进一步有效规范涉水产品市场,保障人民群众的健康权益。
By introducing a case involving drinking water-related products investigated and dealt with by the health administrative department of Suzhou, this paper introduced the process of handling the case, exposed the problems existing in the aquatic products market, and analyzed the current situation of the management of the hygienic standards concerning aquatic products. The purpose of this study was to study how to improve the efficiency of administrative law enforcement by utilizing the effective hygienic standards of aquatic products, further standardize the market of aquatic products and protect the health rights and interests of the people in the process of administrative law enforcement by the health administrative departments.
