摘要 随着公交车辆上信息化设备的广泛推广,有效控制车载电子设备检修成本是公交企业发展面临的重要问题。文章利用层次分析法和问卷调查的方式,从检修流程的角度梳理出了系统的车载电子设备检修成本影响因素体系,计算结果表明所需人员数量、设备数量、所需人员技术水平是当前影响最大的三个因素,因此,车载电子设备检修成本的控制应着力于人员和设备的优化,并建立配套的保障制度。 With the wide spread of information equipment on public transport vehicles,effectively controlling the maintenance cost of electronic equipment has great importance.This paper combs out the influencing factors system of vehicle electronic equipment overhaul cost from the point of view of overhaul process by means of analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey.The calculation results show that the number of personnel required,the number of equipment required and the technical level of personnel required are the three most influential factors at present.Therefore,the control of cost should focus on the advantages of personnel and equipment and establish a complete set of safeguard system.
