摘要
宝钢高炉环保改造生产实践进行了总结。为适应越来越严格的环保要求和城市钢厂建设的需要,宝钢高炉不断加大环保投入,从原料输送系统、炉顶装入系统、煤气清洗设备、出铁场集尘系统和炉前作业管理等方面进行全面的环保升级改造和系统优化,不断提升高炉区域环保水平,现场环境改善明显,保证高炉区域排放量始终符合排放要求。
The Baosteel's BF environmental protection revamping is summarized. To adapt to the increasingly strict require ments of environmental protection and the needs of the urban steel plant constmction, Baosteel constantly increases its envi ronmental protection investment in BF and has made comprehensive upgrading revamping in environmental protection and sys tem optimization from raw material conveying system, top charging system, gas cleaning equipment to duct collection system of casthouse and operation management of casthouse for the purpose of constantly improving environmental protection level of the BF area. As a result, the field environment is upgraded significantly and the emission of BF area keeps compliance with the requirement.
