摘要
目的调查胃镜检查患者的胃肠道准备情况,探讨不同胃肠道准备时间对胃镜检查情况的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2018年8月在我院进行消化胃镜检查的180例患者为研究对象,按照胃肠道准备时间将其分为观察组(92例,禁食时间6~8h、禁饮时间3~5h)和对照组(88例,禁食时间>8h、禁饮时间>5h)。比较两组检查效果、舒适度指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的检查效果良好率为93.48%,明显高于对照组的80.68%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的体位改变、口垫脱出、退镜发生率及VAS评分均明显低于对照组,且患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者恶心、流涎、流泪、呛咳、躁动发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论适宜的胃肠道准备时间(禁食时间6~8h、禁饮时间3~5h)能够提高患者的检查效果,减少不良反应,并提高患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the gastrointestinal preparation of patients undergoing gastroscopy, and to investigate the influence of different gastrointestinal preparation time on gastroscopy. Methods A total of 180 patients who underwent gastroscopy in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2018 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into observation group (92 cases, fasting time 6-8 h, no drinking time 3-5 h) and control group (88 cases, fasting time >8 h, no drinking time>5 h) according to the time of gastrointestinal preparation. The examination effects, comfort indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The good rate of examination effect in the observation group was 93.48%, which was significantly higher than 80.68% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidences of body position change, oral cavity cushion prolapse and gastroscopy withdrawal and VAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction of patients was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidences of nausea, salivation, tears, cough and restlessness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Appropriate gastrointestinal preparation time (fasting time 6-8 h, no drinking time 3-5 h) can improve the examination effect, reduce adverse reactions and improve patients' satisfaction.
