摘要
近年来超疏水表面研究成为新的前沿热点领域,金属材料是一种重要工程材料,以其为基底制备超疏水表面有相当的实际意义。文中主要介绍了金属材料为基底制备超疏水表面的常见方法如电化学沉积、化学刻蚀、阳极氧化、激光刻蚀、水热法、气相沉积等,对比了不同制备方法的特点,并指出待解决问题及未来研究的方向。
It is of great practical significance to fabricate super-hydrophobic surface based on metal,an important material for engineering,when studies on super-hydrophobic surface becomes a research hotspot.In the paper below,some common methods to fabricate that type of surface were reviewed such as electrochemical deposition,chemical etching,anodic oxidation,laser etching,hydrothermal and vapor deposition,etc.,together with a comparison on the features of these methods,some problems to be solved and the prospect of relevant studies.
