摘要
总结分析了洞庭湖湖体水质情况、入湖河流水质情况、污染排放情况,识别了洞庭湖存在问题:湖体水质污染呈逐年加重趋势;生态功能退化严重;流域综合管理亟待加强。提出措施:空间管控和绿色发展;强化水污染防治;保护与修复水生态。
This paper briefly described the basic conditions and problems of water quality in the Dongting Lake area and discussed three aspects of spatial management and green development, water pollution prevention, and protection and restoration of water ecology. Suggestions for the governance of water environment in Dongting Lake area were proposed.
