摘要
目的探讨阿戈美拉汀合复方地西泮治疗抑郁焦虑共病的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月~2017年2月在我院接受治疗的90例抑郁焦虑共病患者,采取随机数字表法分为A组(n=30)与B组(n=30)、C组(n=30)。A组采用阿戈美拉汀联合复方地西泮治疗,B组采用复方地西泮片治疗,C组采用阿戈美拉汀治疗。比较三组患者的临床疗效和副反应发生情况。结果治疗前,三组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,A组的HAMD、HAMA评分均显著低于B、C组(P<0.05)。三组患者的治疗副反应量表(TESS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿戈美拉汀合复方地西泮治疗抑郁焦虑共病能有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,安全性高,可帮助患者早日恢复正常生活。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Agomelatine combined with Compound Diazepam treating depression-anxiety comorbidity. Methods A total of 90 patients with depression and anxiety comorbidity treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into group A(n=30) and group B(n=30), group C(n=30). Group A was treated with Agomelatine combined with Compound Diazepam, group B was treated with Compound Diazepam Tablets, and group C was treated with Agomelatine. Clinical efficacy and the incidence of side reaction were compared among the three groups. Results Before treatment, the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) scores of the three groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment, the HAMD and HAMA scores of group A were significantly lower than those of group B and C(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the TESS scores among the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Agomelatine and Compound Diazepam in the treatment of depression and anxiety comorbidity can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients, and has high safety and can help patients to return to normal life as soon as possible.
