摘要
基于物流业效率视角,构建物流业发展质量评价指标体系,采用Super-SBM模型对中国四大板块的物流业发展质量进行测度,采用绝对β收敛模型和条件β收敛模型对四大板块物流业发展的平衡性进行分析。结果表明:(1)板块内部和板块之间物流业发展不平衡,且东、中、西部地区呈三级阶梯状分布;(2)板块内部和板块之间存在绝对β收敛,部分板块之间存在“俱乐部收敛”;(3)板块内部和板块之间存在条件β收敛,经济发展水平和物流业专业化程度是板块内部和中国整体物流业平衡发展的显著驱动因素。四大板块应因地制宜,采取不同的发展策略;板块之间应共建大物流,以促进中国物流业的平衡发展。
Based on the perspective of logistics industry efficiency,a quality development evaluation index system of the logistics industry is established by using Super-SBM model to evaluate the development quality of logistics industry in the Four Major Sectors,the absoluteβconvergence model and conditionalβconvergence model are also applied.It finds that:firstly,Logistics sector-sector industry is not balanced,and the eastern,central and western regions have a three-step ladder distribution.Secondly,there is absoluteβconvergence,some of them is"club convergence".Thirdly,it exists a conditionalβconvergence within and between the sectors.The level of economic development and the degree of specialization of logistics industry are significant drivers for balance development of logistics industry.The Four Major Sectors should be adapted to local conditions and adopt different development strategies.Large logistics should be built between the sectors to promote balance development of China's logistics industry.
