摘要
本文主要从当前食品安全水平的总体状况与公众认知以及两者之间差异性进行分析,对消除公众对食品安全认知误区的路径进行了探讨。
The paper analyzed the overall status of current food safety levels and the perceptions of the public and the differences between.The path to eliminate public misunderstanding of food safety was also explored.
