三维激光扫描建模技术在水土保持科技示范园区规划设计中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 如何高效获取准确的大比例尺地形数据并快速分析,是当前水土保持等各类生态建设规划设计中面临的一个重要问题。结合成都市崇州桤木河水土保持科技示范园区建设规划中的废弃渣场景观化设计实例,采用三维激光扫描建模技术进行地形信息获取与分析。结果表明,采用三维激光扫描建模技术获取的地面模型数据,测量精度整体满足1∶500地形图精度,较航测法和全野外测图法效率分别提高49.66%和62.12%,可有效支撑水土保持措施和生态景观等规划设计,值得在今后水土保持科技示范园区和小流域综合治理等规划设计中推广应用。 Acquiring accurate and large scale topographic data efficiently and analyze it quickly is an important issue in the planning and design of various ecological construction such as water and soil conservation. Combined with the example of landscape design of waste slag yard of the construction planning of Qimu river soil and water conservation science and technology demonstration park, the modeling 3D laser scanning technology is used for terrain information acquisition and analysis. The results show that the overall accuracy of the ground model data obtained by 3D laser scanning data modeling techniques meets 1:500 topographic map precision, which is 49.66% and 62.12% higher than the method of aerial and method of the total field measurement respectively, which can effectively support the soil and water conservation measures and ecological landscape planning and design. This technology is worthy of being promoted and applied in the planning and design of the future water and soil conservation science and technology demonstration park and the comprehensive management of small watersheds.
