骨肉瘤发生发展相关信号通路研究进展 被引量:3

Advance in research on signaling pathways related to occurrence and development of osteosarcoma

摘要 骨肉瘤是最常见的非血液系统肿瘤,约占原发性骨恶性肿瘤的20%。任何年龄都可以发生骨肉瘤,但原发性高度恶性骨肉瘤主要见于青少年,其恶性程度及侵蚀性高,易复发及转移。外科手术联合化疗药物治疗是目前公认的标准治疗方案,但骨肉瘤患者的5年生存率仍然仅为60%~75%,且转移性骨肉瘤患者预后更差,仅有30%的总生存率。因此探寻与骨肉瘤发病机制相关的信号通路对骨肉瘤的治疗有着至关重要的作用。 Osteosarcoma is the most common primary bone tumor in the non-hematological system,accounting for approximately 20% of primary malignant tumors.Osteosarcoma can occur at any age,but primary high-grade malignant osteosarcoma is mainly found in adolescents,its malignancy and erosion are high,and it is easy to relapse and metastasize.Surgery combined with chemotherapeutic drugs is recognized as the standard treatment at present,but the 5-year survival rate of osteosarcoma patients is still only 60%~75%,and the prognosis of patients with metastatic osteosarcoma is even worse,with an overall survival rate of only 30%.Therefore,exploring the signaling pathways related to the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma plays an important role in the treatment of osteosarcoma.
