研究生压力知觉对学业拖延的影响:有调节的中介模型 被引量:6

The impact of perceived stress on academic procrastination of postgraduate:A moderated mediation model

摘要 研究采用压力知觉量表、研究生专业承诺问卷、研究生学业拖延问卷对316名研究生进行调查以探讨压力知觉对学业拖延的影响机制。结果表明:专业承诺在压力知觉与研究生学业拖延的关系中起部分中介作用;性别调节了压力知觉通过专业承诺影响研究生学业拖延的中介过程的直接路径和后半路径。因此,研究生压力知觉对学业拖延的影响是有调节的中介效应。研究结果对于解释研究生压力知觉对学业拖延的作用机制和降低学业拖延具有重要作用。 To explore the mechanism of the relationship between the perceived stress and academic procrastination of postgraduates,the present study proposed and examined amoderated mediating model in which investigated by Perceived Stress Scale,Academic Procrastination Questionnaire for postgraduate,and Professional Commitment Scale for postgraduate,with a sample of 316 postgraduate as participants.The results showed that the professional commitment played a partial mediating role between the perceived stress and academic procrastination of postgraduates.Gender moderated the direct path and the latter half path of the mediation effect.Therefore,the effect of perceived stress on academic procrastination of postgraduates was mediated by professional commitment,which was further moderated by gender,that was moderated mediating effect.The conclusion of the study had important reference value for our understanding of a comprehensive interpretation of perceived stress on academic procrastination and the reduction of postgraduates’academic procrastination.
