摘要
以内蒙古胜利褐煤(SL)为原料,采用“碱溶酸析”法进行解聚制备煤基腐植酸,考察了煤碱比、恒温时间、反应温度对褐煤解聚性能的影响,得到了较优的解聚条件:煤碱比(wt%)为1∶0.2,恒温时间为1h,反应温度为260℃,在此条件下解聚率达到了82.63%.通过褐煤与脱矿褐煤(SL+)的解聚性能对比研究,分析得出了褐煤中固有的矿物质对其解聚性能具有抑制作用.对煤样、制备的腐植酸与残渣进行FT-IR分析,结果表明:煤样、腐植酸和残渣在脂肪C-H、C=O和芳环C=C、C-H等官能团的振动峰位置和峰形的变化趋势具有较高相似性.三者官能团组成具有一定的相似性.
The Shengli lignite from Inner Mongolia was used as raw material to prepare coal-based humic acid by alkali-Solution and acid-Isolation.The effects of coal-alkali ratio (wt%),constant temperature time and reaction temperature on the depolymerization performance of the lignite were investigated.The optimal process conditions were coal-alkali ratio (wt%)of 1∶0.2,constant temperature time of1 h and reaction temperature of 260℃.Under such conditions,the depolymerization rate could exceed 82.63%.Comparative study on the depolymerization performance of the ligniteand demineralized lignite (SL +) show that the inherent minerals in the lignite have an inhibitory effect.FT-IR analysis of coal samples,humic acid and residue shows that the vibration peak positions and the change tendency of the peak profiles of coal sample,humic acid and residue in fat C-H,C=O,aromatic ring C=C,C-H and other functional groups have a high similarity.The three functional groups have some similarities.
