摘要
工程将油品码头改造为液化石油气码头,从总图、水工结构、装卸工艺、配套工程等专业分析两种货物类型码头的不相同和不兼容之处,尤其是针对安全设施改造设计进行探讨,解读改造时重要方案的确定依据和过程,为码头货种从油品向液化石油气改造开创国内行业先例并提供转换参考思路。
The project transforms Oil wharf into LPG wharf , this paper analyzes the differences and incompatibilities between the two types of cargo wharf from general drawings, hydraulic structure, loading and unloading technology, supporting engineering, etc., Especially aiming at the design of safety facilities renovation, this paper interprets the basis and process of determining the important schemes in the renovation,create a domestic industry precedent for the transformation of wharf goods from oil products to liquefied petroleum gas and provide a reference for the similar transformation.
