摘要 需求响应通过电价或激励手段引导用户侧自主调整用电习惯,从而实现了电力系统的削峰填谷,而负荷的变化直接影响系统的风险。本文研究了需求响应对配电网运行风险的影响,首先,结合微观经济学中的博弈理论,从供电侧的定价策略和用户侧的需求响应两个方面出发,建立了价格博弈模型;然后,采用改进的粒子群算法求解该模型,得到优化后的电价与负荷曲线,在此基础上,采用蒙特卡洛法进行抽样并计算配电网的风险评估指标。结果表明,本文提出的方法能有效降低配电网的运行风险,并且,相比于仅采用分时电价措施,该方法对运行风险的降低效果更显著。 The demand response guides the user side to adjust the electricity habits by electricity price or incentive means, thereby realizing the peak clipping of the power system, and the load changes directly affect the system risk. This thesis studies the impact of demand response on the operation risk of distribution network. Firstly, combined with the game theory in microeconomics, the price game model is established from two aspects: the pricing strategy on the power supply side and the demand response on the user side. Then, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model, and the optimized electricity price and load curve are obtained. On this basis, the Monte Carlo method is used to sample and calculate the risk assessment index of the distribution network. The results show that the proposed method can significantly reduce the operational risk of the distribution network, and the operational risk is lower than that of the time-of-use tariff.
