摘要
针对鞍钢集团朝阳钢铁有限公司炼铁厂单高炉生产的工艺情况,为了保证高炉长周期稳定顺行,实现高炉低成本经济化冶炼,从高炉管理、成本管理和设备零故障管理三个方面,开展了铁前系统科学化生产管理实践,有效推动了高炉的高效化生产,实现了铁前配矿成本与市场趋势的一致性,烧结作业率和高炉、烧结利用系数均稳步提高。
According to the process characteristics of individual BF in operation in Chaoyang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. of Ansteel Group Corporation, the production practice based on scientific management for pre-ironmaking system was carried out in these three respects such as BF manage-ment, cost management and zero failure management of equipment in order to guarantee the stable operation of the BF for long time and realize the economic ironmaking with low cost by BF. And then the efficient ironmaking by BF was promoted effectively. Therefore the cost for ore blending for pre-ironmaking was consistent with the market trend. Ultimately, the operating rate of sintering machines, and utilization factors for both BF and sintering machines were improved steadily.
