摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)作为癌前疾病,在消化科很常见,早已成为广大临床医生和科研人员的研究热点.中医药治疗CAG方法众多,近年来,临床观察相关报道不断增多,但其临床辨证治疗切入点不同,疗效评定标准不一,导致出现不少经典但内容偏颇、不适用于绝大多数CAG患者的验案治则.导师代二庆主任医师在CAG的中医临床治疗以及科研领域经验颇丰,大量临床诊疗心得疗效好,值得广大临床医生学习.本文结合临床病历将导师的经验和思路分析总结,以期共同提高.
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),as a precancerous disease,is very common in the digestive department,and has long been the focus of the majority of clinicians and researchers in the field of gastritis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical observation reports of CAG continue to increase,but these methods all have their individually applicable clinical diagnosis and treatment standards,so most reports do not apply to the vast majority of treatments of CAG.In the field of TCM Treatment and scientific research of CAG,Professor Dai er qing has abundant experiences,and his clinical diagnosis experiences and curative effect are effective,so it is worth leaming.Combining with the clinical records,the author sum up the experience and ideas of my tutor,hoping to improve together.
