摘要
目的:观察益气排浊养生散对代谢综合征的临床疗效.方法:选取200例代谢综合征患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组指导采用健康的生活方式,干预组在健康生活的基础上服用益气排浊养生散,干预6个月之后对两组疗效进行评价,比较两组治疗后相关指标改善情况,并在1年之后统计两组高血压、冠心病、中风、糖尿病等疾病.结果:干预组在治疗后身体指数BMI和腰围的下降程度显著高于对照组,干预组甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和胆固醇(TC)水平在治疗后显著下降且下降水平显著低于对照组,干预组高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)在治疗后的上升水平显著高于对照组;干预组在治疗后的空腹血糖水平(FBG)以及血压显著低于对照组(P<0.05),1年之后干预组罹患高血压、冠心病、中风、糖尿病等疾病的概率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:益气排浊养生散能够显著改善代谢综合征症状,具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广.
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Paizhuo Yangsheng san on patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods:A total of 200 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group guided them to a healthy lifestyle.The intervention group took"Yiqi Paizhuo Yangsheng san"on the basis of healthy living and intervened 6 month,the efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated.The symptoms of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The symptoms of hypertension,coronary heart disease,stroke,diabetes and other diseases were counted after one year.Results:The body index BMI and waist circumference decreased significantly after treatment in the intervention group.The blood lipid levels of the two groups after treatment showed triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in the intervention group.The levels of low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and cholesterol(TC)decreased significantly after treatment and the level of decline was significantly lower than that of the control group.The elevated level of high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group;The fasting blood glucose level(FBG)and blood pressure after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(Pv0.05).After one year,the probability of hypertension,coronary heart disease,stroke,diabetes and other diseases in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Paizhuo Yangsheng san can significantly improve the symptoms associated with patients with metabolic syndrome,and has a good clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
