摘要
随着科学技术的进步和球罐设计与建造标准的更新,一些早期开发的球罐设计系统已无法适用于现今的计算机环境及生产需要。因此依据工程实际中的球罐设计过程,按照现行的球罐设计标准,基于计算机辅助技术,选择C#为编程语言、.NET为开发平台,采用AutoCAD和ANSYS为支持软件,以面向对象的编程思想为指导,开发了一套以球罐设计的现行标准及设计流程为基准、能够适用于现今计算机环境的球形储罐模块化的设计系统。该系统可有效提高球罐设计的准确性、缩短设计时间、降低设计的复杂性,并能为相似系统的进一步研究与开发提供依据。
With the advancement of science and technology and the update of the design and construction standards of spherical tanks, some of the spherical tank design systems developed at early stage cannot adapt to today's computer environment and production needs. Therefore, based on the actual spherical tank design process and computer-aided technology and according to the current spherical tank design standards, C# is selected as the programming language and .NET as the development platform. Then guided by object-oriented programming ideas, a set of modular design system for spherical tanks that can be applied to today's computer environments is developed based on current standards and design processes for spherical tank design with the application of Auto CAD and ANSYS as supporting software. The system can improve the accuracy of the spherical tank design, shorten the design time and reduce the complexity of the design effectively. It can also provide a basis for further research and development of similar systems.
