摘要
目的调查冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后心脏康复患者的健康相关需求,以期能更好地指导临床心脏康复。方法定性访谈,按照目的性和饱和抽样原则进行抽样,对12名PCI术后心脏康复患者进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizz分析法对资料进行分析。结果提炼出5个主题,分别为疾病相关知识、社会支持、自我实现、经济支持、社区康复。结论PCI术后患者需要进行长期心脏康复管理。医务人员在重视健康宣教,普及康复相关知识的同时,注意融入社会支持力量,关注患者的心理变化,做好心理疏导,协助患者双心康复。政府应进一步完善医疗保险制度,加大对基层和社区医疗机构的投入,加快心脏康复中心的建设。
Objective To investigate the health-related demands of patients with cardiac rehabilitation after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in order to better guide clinical cardiac rehabilitation.Methods Qualitative interviews were administered according to the principle of purpose and saturation sampling.12 patients with cardiac rehabilitation after PCI were subjected to semi-structured interviews and the Results were analyzed with Colaizzi analysis. Results 5 aspects of demand were summarized;including disease-related knowledge;social support;self-realization;economic support and community rehabilitation.Conclusion Patients after PCI need long-term cardiac rehabilitation management.While attaching importance to health education and popularizing knowledge related to rehabilitation;medical staff should pay attention to integrating social support;be concerned about the psychological changes of patients and provide patients with psychological counseling to help them recover both physically and psychologically. Government should further improve the medical insurance system;increase investment in grassroots and community medical institutions and accelerate the construction of cardiac rehabilitation centers.
