浸提法测定化妆品中砷的方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用浸提法对不同性状的化妆品进行前处理,运用原子荧光分光光度计对化妆品中砷元素含量进行测定.结果表明:该方法的检出限为0.00095mg/kg,定量限为0.0033mg/kg,线性范围为0~10μg/L,相关系数为0.9992,重复性试验相对标准偏差均小于11%,加标回收率范围为91.72%~108.50%,检测结果与微波消解法无明显统计学差异,对国家标准物质进行检测,结果于证书值范围内.说明试验方法可行,能快速、准确、稳定地检测化妆品中砷元素的含量. The different cosmetics were pretreated by the extraction method,and their arseniccontents were further measuring by using atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer(AFS).The test results showed that the detection limit and quantification limit was 0.000 95 mg/kg and 0.003 3 mg/kg respectively.The linear range was 0 to 10 μg/L with the linear regression coefficient(R2) of 0.999 2.The RSD of repetitive tests were lower than 11 %,and samples recoveries were in the range of 91.72%~108.5%.There was no significant difference between the extraction method and the microwave digestion method.For the standard substance,the results were within the certificate value range.It can be concluded that the extractionmethod is suitable for the determination of arsenic in cosmetics,which had with advantages of short testing time,high accuracy and good stability.
