钾离子对盐碱胁迫下海滨锦葵生长、钠离子吸收及其细胞分布特征的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探索外源K^+对盐碱胁迫下海滨锦葵Na^+吸收的影响,试验以海滨锦葵为研究对象,在盐碱条件下添加K^+,测定海滨锦葵植株株高、地径、干质量、组织Na^+含量及其细胞分布.结果表明:在盐碱胁迫下,添加外源K^+,增加组织Na^+含量,而海滨锦葵植株株高、地径、干质量基本受到抑制.此外,添加K^+后,在较低浓度盐碱下,植株地下部分Na^+由细胞质向细胞壁转移;在较高浓度盐碱胁迫植株中,其地上部分的Na^+由细胞壁转向细胞质中保存;其他部分Na^+分布相对比较稳定. In order to explore effect of exogenous potassium ions on absorption of sodium ions in saline-alkali stressed Kosteletzkya virginica seedlings,these seedlings were taken as experimental materials in this research,NaCl was added in the mixed saline-alkali soil,and finally some indices including height,stem diameter,dry weight,Na+ content and sub-cell distribution were measured in these treated K. virginica seedlings.The results showed that,under saline-alkali stress,exogenous potassium ions could increase the concentrations of sodium ions,and while,the height,stem diameter and dry weight of these seedlings were basically inhibited in this research.Additionally,after a K+ addition,Na+ showed a shift from cytoplasm to cell wall in K. virginica underground-part at a low saline-alkali concentration,and,when this concentration incresed,sodium ions transferred from the cell wall to the cytoplasm for preservation in K. virginica overground-part, and however,Na+ distribution remained stable in other parts in this experiment.
