摘要
随着我国国内波形钢腹板预应力混凝土桥梁的不断发展,其施工工艺也日益丰富且渐趋成熟。通过对已建或在建的波形钢腹板预应力混凝土桥施工工艺的分析总结可知,传统混凝土桥的所有施工技术对该类桥型也具有普适性,且具有更好的可施工性。同时,介绍了适用于波形钢腹板预应力混凝土桥梁的主要施工工艺及关键技术,给出了具体的施工流程,并结合工程实例,阐述了各施工工艺的技术特征及优势。
With the improvement of technology in prestressed concrete bridge with corrugated steel webs in China,the construction technology becomes more rich and mature.Through the analysis and summary of construction methods in prestressed concrete bridge with corrugated steel webs which built or under construction,it shows that this type bridge adapt all construction technology of conventional concrete bridge and even reflect the more work ability.Introduce the main construction methods and key techniques of prestressed concrete bridge with corrugated steel webs,show the main flowchart of construction.Illustrate the main technical features and advantages of construction methods by engineering examples,provide references for the construction of similar type bridges.
