摘要
为完善公路安全保障工程评价指标体系,从经济效益的角度,选取人员损失、财产损失、时间成本、油耗等指标建立量化模型。分析实施该工程后产生的直接和间接经济效益。并比较了层次分析法、模糊评价法、灰色评价法三种经济效益评价方法的优缺点,提出将层次分析法和模糊评价法结合起来进行安保工程综合评价。
In order to improve the evaluation criteria system of highway safety enhancement project,a quantitative model is established by selecting the economic indicators such as human costs,property loss,time cost,fuel consumption,etc.The direct and indirect economic benefits are analyzed after performing the project.The advantages and disadvantages of hierarchical evaluation method,fuzzy evaluation method,and gray evaluation method are compared.And fuzzy hierarchy evaluation method is advised to evaluate the project comprehensively.
