Integration of PDM and ERP Systems for Elevator Products Based on Modular Design

摘要 尝试通过模块化设计和推进PDM系统与ERP集成两方面来解决目前电梯行业定制化需求与规模化生产这一矛盾,通过模块化设计,从源头找解决方案。介绍电梯产品两种主要的BOM:技术BOM、制造BOM,并分析二者之间的联系以及技术BOM向制造BOM的转化过程,根据企业PDM系统和ERP系统集成的成功案例,介绍通过统一设计BOM和制造BOM的主结构实现PDM系统与ERP系统集成的方法。 The contradiction between customized demand and mass production in elevator industry is tried to solve by modular design and integration of PDM system and ERP system. Through modular design, solutions are found from the source. Two main BOM of elevator products are introduced:engineering BOM and manufacturing BOM, and analyses the relationship between them, as well as the transformation process from engineering BOM to manufacturing BOM. According to the successful case of integration of enterprise PDM system and ERP system, the method of integration of PDM system and ERP system through unified design of the main structure of engineering BOM and manufacturing BOM is introduced in this paper.
