摘要
在燃气行业不断发展的环境下,燃气管道失效造成的各类事故也给各燃气企业的安全管理敲响了警钟,如何从被动抢险变为主动控制燃气管道失效,成为各燃气公司的的管理重点。为了在有限的资金、人力条件下对燃气管道的失效进行有效控制,基于管道完整性管理中的风险控制思路,对燃气管道进行失效后果分析和失效概率分析,提出优先考虑的失效控制因素和对应措施,对于无法对完整性管理进行全覆盖投入的燃气公司有一定的借鉴意义。研究结果表明:①燃气管道随管径、工作压力和所处地区等级的增高失效后果严重程度增加;②管道投运初期,随着管道投运年限的增加,管道工作压力对管道失效概率的影响增大;③管道投运超过6年后,管道工作压力对失效概率的影响降低,腐蚀指数迅速增加并成为导致管道失效的主要因素,而管道投运超过15年后,影响管道失效的主要因素是腐蚀指数和管道的工作压力。研究结论表明:优先考虑造成燃气管道失效的主要因素并采取相应的控制措施,可有效降低燃气管道的失效概率。
In order to effectively control the failure of gas pipelines with limited capital and personnel, failure consequence analysis and failure probability analysis were conducted on gas pipelines based on the idea of risk con. trol in the pipeline integrity management. And the failure control factors that shall be considered preferentially and the corresponding measures were pointed out, and they can be used as the reference for the gas companies that can. not provide full cover input to the integrity management. And the following research results were obtained. First, the failure consequence severity of gas pipeline increases with the increase of its diameter, operating pressure and area class. Second, in the early stage of pipeline commissioning, the effect of the pipeline operating pressure on the pipe. line failure probability increases as the operation goes. Third, 6 years after the pipeline is put into production, the ef. fect of the pipeline operating pressure on the failure probability decreases, and the corrosion index increases quickly to be the main factor leading to the pipeline failure. And 15 years after the pipeline is put into production, the main factors related to pipeline failure are corrosion index and pipeline operating pressure. In conclusion, preferential. ly considering the main factors leading to the failure of gas pipeline and taking the control measures correspondingly can decrease the failure rate of gas pipeline.
