摘要
目的深入了解现有战伤救治综合演练方案的认可度.完善并推广应用演练方案方法采用目的抽样法,抽取13名参加综合演练培训的现役军医进行质性访谈,并应用Colaizzi内容分析法进行资料分析"结果共析出“演练设计环节方面”“演练效果意义方面”以及“演练待优化方面”三方面主题结论现役军医对本次战术战伤救治综合演练的认可度较高,建议优化演练模式后于全军推广,以全方位提高我军官兵战救能力与水平。
Objective To investigate lhe recognition of the comprehensive training program for tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) in Chinese army in order to promote its application. Methods A face-to-face, semi-structured indepth interview was conducted among 13 active military surgeons who had participated in comprehensive tiaining of TCCC lately by purposive sampling to investigate the acceptance and overall evaluation of the comprehensive training of TCCC, verifiability of walk-through cases, and its influence on self-efficacy and war injury treatment skills. And lhe Colaizzi method was used for data aiudysis. Results The acceptance of the comprehensive of TCCC by lhe military medical officers was at high degree. Several specific suggestions were offered on lhe walk-lhrougli cases, field, and the drill mode. Conclusion The existing comprehensive training of TCCC is accepted by the military medical officers, however, it is still to be improved.
